Why don't you use fragrances or perfumes? 

 

We believe in order to maintain the integrity of our products and brand, artificial fragrances should not be used in any of our formulas. We use essential oils to add therapeutic and additional wellness properties, as well as an aroma.

However the scent will never be over-powering, and is often subtle. 

 

Do you offer bulk ordering, or can I sell your products in my own storefront?

Do you offer samples or smaller sizes of your products?

Not at this time. 

 

 

A product I want is out of stock. How long will it take before it's ready to order again?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Fresh products are hand-crafted in small batches throughout the month, and restock is on the 14th of each month.

How long does processing and shipment take? What if I live in the Indianapolis, IN area? 

​

Each product is hand-crafted by Jocellyn Combs in small batches to ensure integrity, potency, effectiveness, and freshness. We do not use drop-shipping or fulfillment warehouses. Therefore, please allow 4-6 business days (beginning the first business day after your order is placed) to process your order and prepare for shipment (orders are shipped each weekend). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Most orders are received within 3-4 business days from the time it was shipped. If an order contains a yoni car, someone will be in touch to arrange pick up.

What is your refund/return policy? 

​

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each product is non-refundable, if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason. However, we will address each individual concern, and may issue an in-store credit if plausible. Please be sure to skin-patch test for all topical products. The Herbal Trap is not responsible or liable for adverse skin reactions or allergies.
